01 — Men & Fathers
Life doesn’t pause for you to figure it out. Separation, loss, fatherhood, the slow erosion of knowing who you are — these things arrive whether you’re ready or not.
I work with men who are in the middle of something — a transition, a crisis, or just a persistent sense that something important is missing. We don’t rush toward solutions. We slow down enough to understand what’s actually happening.
What this might look like:
- Navigating separation or divorce while remaining a present father
- Processing loss — a relationship, a person, an identity
- Rediscovering direction and self-respect after a difficult chapter
- Learning to communicate with children, partners, or yourself differently
Sessions are in German, English, or Spanish. Online or in person where geography allows.
02 — IT Professionals
The jump from engineer to team lead is one of the loneliest transitions in professional life. Nobody told you that technical excellence means very little when your job suddenly requires you to hold space for twelve different human beings.
I’ve built IT companies. I’ve led teams. I’ve been the person in the room who was supposed to have the answers and had no idea how to have the difficult conversation. I work with IT professionals facing:
- The identity shift from individual contributor to leader
- Team dynamics — trust, conflict, accountability
- Preparing for and recovering from feedback conversations
- Burnout prevention and professional reinvention
- Communication patterns that don’t work anymore
03 — Tech Teams
Culture isn’t what you write on the wall. It’s what happens in the room when things get hard.
I work with IT organisations on the human infrastructure that makes technical excellence possible — honest communication, psychological safety, functional conflict, genuine trust. This work happens through workshops, team sessions, and sustained accompaniment over time.
How to Start
A first conversation is always free and without obligation. Thirty minutes. Let’s see if we’re a good fit.
